TROTAMAR III – CREW DEPLOYMENT
Say hello to our new crew: Ella, Julia, Janik, Laura and Kenneth will join skipper Matthias on our 8th deployment in 2024 in order to support civilian sea rescue in the Mediterranean Sea.
The crew has now begun preparations in our home port of Licata on Sicily. First of all, there was a detailed briefing on our sailing ship, the Trotamar III, but the crew is also preparing theoretically for various rescue scenarios – for example, in the event that they will have to take people on board the Trotamar III.
The crew members have also completed their first dinghy training and are familiarizing themselves with their roles on the ship, such as dinghy driver or medic.
