Yesterday evening, the Trotamar III left Licata and set course for the central Mediterranean Sea.
Before heading for the operational area, our crew is heading for the island of Linosa for some final training. On the way there, we took the opportunity to practice a “person overboard” maneuver so that everyone is prepared for this emergency.
All of our deployments are funded by donations. We are currently raising money to finance the sailing license of our second skipper Johannes to spread the work over more shoulders.
