Sawing, hammering, screwing: the background noise on the dry dock shows how hard our shipyard crew is working.
For over two weeks now, they have been tackling all the repairs that have accumulated over the course of a tough year of deployments.
The shipyard crew is currently working mainly in the bow area: In the bow cabin, which serves as a storage room for life jackets and equipment, new shelves are being installed so that the life jackets are better organized and more easily accessible. On deck, the coaming, the raised deck edge, is being replaced and the bow pulpit repaired.
