The new crew has arrived in Licata: Eden, Momo, Juliette, Rob and David, together with skipper Matthias, will be supporting the Civil Fleet over the next few weeks. Our third deployment this year will last four weeks instead of three. This gives our trained crew more time to be present on the central Mediterranean Sea with the Trotamar III and to support People on the Move.
In Licata, the crew members are already in the middle of their preparations: In addition to a safety briefing on the ship, we are also discussing stressful situations that we might encounter during the deployment.
Over the next few days, the crew will mainly be training with the dinghy before they can sail out onto the Mediterranean Sea with the Trotamar III.
