The Trotamar III is back in Licata!
After a short but eventful passage to the Search and Rescue area, our crew has returned to Sicily. Last week, we were able to rescue 19 people in distress who were fleeing across the Mediterranean Sea in an unseaworthy wooden boat and brought them to Lampedusa.
This brings our deployments in 2025 to a close. However, our shipyard season will soon begin: over the winter, we will make the Trotamar III fit for deployments in the new year so that we can sail towards people in distress as safely and well-equipped as possible.
