Our new crew has arrived in Sicily: Lena, Feli, Hannes, Martin and Jordan together with skipper Matthias will be sailing out onto the central Mediterranean Sea to support the civilian sea rescue over the next weeks.
In Licata, the crew is now preparing extensively for the upcoming deployment: We are training rescue maneuvers with the dinghy in the harbour basin. In our appartment on land, we distribute the roles on board and discuss difficult situations that we might encounter during the deployment.
