Am Sonntag ist Bundestagswahl. Die Vorschläge und Meinungen zum Thema Migration, die in den vergangenen Wochen im Wahlkampf geäußert wurden, sind erschreckend, beschämend und teilweise sogar rechtswidrig.

Alle, die das Recht auf Asyl für nicht verhandelbar halten und die davon überzeugt sind, dass sich die Migration von Menschen nach Deutschland nicht durch Abschiebungen „lösen“ lässt, haben nur eine Option: am 23. Februar Die Linke wählen (wenn sie eine im Bundestag vertretene Partei wählen wollen).

Genauso wie wir stellt sich von den Bundestagsparteien nur Die Linke klar gegen eine Festung Europa. Die Linke ist die einzige dieser Parteien, die sich für #AbolishFrontex ausspricht und die europäische Grenzpolizei durch ein Seenotrettungsprogramm ersetzen will.

Lasst uns gemeinsam für ein solidarisches, offenes Europa einstehen – an der Wahlurne sowie auf dem Mittelmeer!

The federal elections are on Sunday. The proposals and opinions on migration that have been voiced in the election campaigns in recent weeks are frightening, shameful and in some cases even against the law.

All those who consider the right to asylum as a fundamental right and who are convinced that the migration of people to Germany cannot be “solved” by deportations have only one option: to vote for Die Linke on February 23 (if they want to vote for a party represented in the parliament).

Of the parties in parliament, only Die Linke clearly opposes Fortress Europe – just like us. Die Linke is the only one of these parties that is in favor of #AbolishFrontex and wants to replace the European border police with a sea rescue program.
